In order to become an advertiser to LimoQuoter.com, you must have:

1. A real limousine company, with or without a company website.
2. Each company is restricted to one profile. If a limousine company that operates in more than one location wishes to list with LimoQuoter.com they must opt for one of our paid packages – multiple free listings are not allowed on our site.

We do not accept non-limousine related companies or websites. For other advertising options, please contact, support@limoquoter.com. We reserve the right to remove any non-limousine related websites without notice from our directory. This applies to all available package types including Free, Basic and Pro subscriptions.

Each limousine company is required to provide the correct complete company information for their listing as required by the Edit Company information form. Limousine companies shall provide two valid email addresses (1) for reservations or quotation requests and (2) for contacting your Business Manager.

LimoQuoter.com has the right to remove any limousine company from its service for reasons that includes but not limited: (1) email unresponsiveness, (2) unprofessionalism, (3) customer complaints and (4) delinquency in payment. Subsequently, we have the right to remove any limousine company when the evidence is present which indicates that the company did not abide by our Advertiser’s Terms of Use.

The limousine company must pay the annual nonrefundable fee before they are able to fully access their account and create their company profile. Once payment has been successful, companies are required to create a profile for their company and this profile will be available in less than 24 hours upon completion.

For Free listings, the limousine company is required to complete and submit the Company Information form. Upon completion of this form a company profile has been created and forwarded to the editors for approval. LimoQuoter.com site editors will notify the company if the profile has been approved and activated.

LimoQuoter.com reserves the right to refuse any material of a copyrighted nature such as vehicle photos unless there is a permission given to use the material. Any image that is attached your company listing (in your company profile, or as a vehicle in your fleet) is liable under international copyright law – if you don't not have permission to distribute an image, then you should not include it with your profile. LimoQuoter.com – its owners or employees are in no way responsible for any copyright infringement that is content controlled or created by it's partners, even when such content is reviewed and approved for publishing on the LimoQuoter.com website.

All quotation requests made through our quotation wizards are f ree and will be redirected to all selected limousine companies as soon as the quote request has been completed. We do not charge each limousine company for any quotes received. LimoQuoter.com does not make any guarantees about quote requests from customers other than that on quotes posted to your company will arrive at your specified email address... unless extenuating circumstances apply.  We do not pre-qualify quote requests and can not guarantee that the quote requests received through our system are from real customers. LimoQuoter.com has taken all reasonable measures to ensure that automated requests and spam emails will not arrive at your inbox.

Company profiles must not contain links or websites of their own and other third party sites. Site Editors reserve the right to remove these links anytime.

Other than the information you provide for us to display on our website, we will never sell or distribute your personal information to anyone.

Expired paid listings will not be completely removed from the LimoQuoter.com directory and database. It will then be automatically converted to a free listing.

We only accept subscription payments through PayPal.

For unpaid subscriptions, expect to receive email notification from LimoQuoter.com support staff to make payment as soon as possible.

Upgrade Listing

Subscribers can request an upgrade for their listings anytime. Once upgrade request has been granted, LimoQuoter.com staff will send an email on the fees and with a request payment link for the subscribers to make their payment.

Upgrade Fees are computed using this formula,
Fee = package_annual_cost*days_left_to_package_expiration/package_expiration_term

Downgrade Listing

LimoQuoter.com will only accept downgrade requests at the end of the billing cycle. You may send your requests to support@limoquoter.com.

No refunds will be given to any provider and we make no guarantees about our service for any payments that we've received.

LimoQuoter.com does not allow cancellation of subscription. We consider cancellation of subscription as removal from our directory and database. Subscribers may send us an email request to cancel the account and the exact reason of cancellation.

LimoQuoter.com serves only as a venue for limousine companies and customers of limousine services. We are not involved in the actual transaction between customers and the limousine companies. Therefore, we do not have the control over the quality, safety, legality and reliability of these limousine companies to provider services and also the ability of the customers to purchase such services.

LimoQuoter.com does not advice our site visitors to which limousine company to select nor do we endorse any of these services. Any loss, injury or inconveniences suffered by any company listed on our site, is the fault of the service provider and not LimoQuoter.com.

LimoQuoter.com may issue a warning, temporary suspension or permanent suspension of use of the services if a limousine company breaches or refuses to comply with the Terms, or any time or for any reason, at the sole discretion of LimoQuoter.com.
