After confirming your email address then you need to pay the fee for the package you’ve chosen. Once payment has been made, the account is automatically activated and is now ready to save the company’s information.

For Free members, you can enter your company information right after confirming your account.

Sure. We can do it for you: If you'd like us to manually add your listing, just send us an email with all of your relevant information.  (Company name, address, phone, email, contact person, etc). You'll still have to confirm your email address by clicking a link we send out... after you've done this please send us a short email describing your cars and types of services you offer.

Yes, we offer a Free listing on our directory. Providers listed under free packages can't receive quotes through our system, but if you have a Basic or Pro account, we don't charge you for any emails leads you receive and we do not ask for any commissions.

If you have cars in your fleet that aren't currently listed on our site. Send us an email and we'll add them. Please don't send us any photos - we try and keep the car photos (used by all providers) as generic as possible.

The solution is easy. In your control panel you can easily customize the listed vehicles so that people can see your modifications, available colours and special touches - add as many photos as you like and your own text.  The customized descriptions and photos will show up on your profile only.

After you've registered, you simply login in and make changes on by clicking on the customization options (on the left). Once you've made changes they will come to us for approval (just make sure your images aren't enormous, or distorted). We'll usually approve any changes within 12 hours.

Why did we do it this way? We wanted it to be easy for you to get up and running with a selection of commonly used vehicles. Not all providers have time to upload photos of their entire fleet.

We do a small amount of Pay Per Click marketing with MSN, Google and Yahoo. Our advertising budget is only small because we're a new site, but in time as more companies list on our website we plan to advertise offline and in other business directories.

How to Upload Custom Images of the Car Models?

1. In your Profile Admin Panel, go to Car Customization then to your Custom Images.
2. From the drop down menu, select the Car Model that you want your Custom Images uploaded to.
If you want the photos you have uploaded to used in the your slideshow, make sure you Click on the check box  labeled: "Show Only Custom Car Photos".
3. And then, find your image using the Browse button.
4. Add your Photo Name and then click the Add button.
5. You will know that the custom image has been uploaded once you will see the image on the same page. Or you may also check your profile's slideshow.

How to Check if Images as been successfully Uploaded ?

1. Go to your Profile Page, click on an Image wherein you have uploaded some custom images.
2. Once clicked, a pop box will show and displays the car model with the description and the custom images that has been uploaded.

How to Delete Uploaded Images?

1. In your Profile Admin Panel, go to Car Customization then to your Custom Images.
2. From the drop down menu, select the Car Model that you want your custom images uploaded to.
    You will now be able to view the images uploaded for that specific Car model you have selected from Step 2.
4. To delete, click on the Red button with an X mark on it.
5. A pop box with a message "Really want to delete this photo?" to verify that you want the photo deleted. Then click OK to confirm deletion.

Upgrading to a higher package does not require every limousine company to sign up again.
All you need to do is:

1. Log in to your account,
2. On the left menu bar, go to Settings
3. Select Request an Upgrade. On this page, you will be given choices on which other package names.
4. If you have decided on which package to upgrade to, click on the package name. Upon clicking it, an email will be sent to the site editors regarding your request for an upgrade. To check if the request has been successfully done, check you email and you will see a copy of the request you just sent to our editors.

Once request has been approved, our editors will email you together with the upgrade fees you need to pay to complete your upgrade.

We accept requests for downgrade only at the end of the billing cycle. To request for downgrade, send us an email.

LimoQuoter.com is the only limousine directory that does not permanently remove your listing on our directory (unless proven that you have violated our advertiser’s terms of use).

If you are enrolled under our free package, you do not need to renew your listing. Free listings are forever free on our directory, i.e. they will never expire but with limited features.

For basic and pro packages, we do not permanently remove your listing but we will automatically convert your listing to free. You may still be able to login into your account but under our free package.

Free listings are not displayed immediately on our directory once the company profile information has been filled out. These profiles are sent to our editors for review before it becomes active in the directory as well as on the limo map.

But if you are enrolled under basic or pro packages, your listing will no longer be queued for approval as long as you were able to make your payment and have completed the necessary company information details.

Upgrade fees are computed using this formula.
