  1. How long does it take for a Limo Provider to give me a quote?
    Answer

    Unfortunately we can't give a specific time frame for quotes. Most limo providers will endeavor to respond to your quote request as soon as possible - usually within 24 hours. Sometime you might get a quote in less than 5 minutes.

    If you need an urgent quote we would suggest that you find the provider you are interested in, and call them directly. If you don't hear back from a particular provider, you can let us know by emailing support@limoquoter.com

  2. I can't find your Terms of Service, where are they?

    Our Terms of Service are as follows:

    LimoQuoter.com is a free directory that any limousine provider can register with.  We have done our best to select only quality companies to list in our directory, but we can't make any guarantees about the quality of service that you might receive from any limo services provider listed with us.

    In using this website you accept that LimoQuoter.com or its owners are not responsible for any liability (express or implied) from the use of our website or the use of the provider services.  Consumers should perform their own due diligence in choosing a company; Limoquoter.com can not guarantee that any quotes (verbal or written) will be given by a provider, or that such quotes will be given within a specific time frame.

  3. I haven't received a quote, what can I do?
    Answer

    You can try sending it again. If you've received confirmation of your quote request and you haven't received a quote from the limo services provider you requested information from, one of two things might have happened.

    For some reason or other your quote request may have been lost in cyberspace, which will happen from time to time. You can try sending it again, or you could simply call the company in question to request a quote.

    Alternatively, your request may have been received and the company in question may have been too busy (or too lazy) to reply.  Remember, you can always leave feedback on the reviews section of their company profile...

    ...Etiher that, or try requesting quotes from other companies.

  4. I didn't receive a confirmation email when I tried to register?
    Answer

    Sometimes the confirmation might go to your junkmail folder. If you find that your email confirmation message never arrives, try adding noreply@limoquoter.com to your address book. If you continue to have problems, please contact our friendly staff at support@limoquoter.com.

  6. My limo was cancelled or didn't show up - Now what?
    Answer

    The worst thing that you can imagine has occurred.  The limousine that you had reserved for your special occasion has been cancelled, leaving you and a number of individuals that were traveling with you without transportation. 

    The most frequent type of limousine cancellations by a limousine company occurs when the individual schedules a specific type or style of limousine that is rare and the limousine needs maintenance or breaks down

    If there is no way that the limousine company can accommodate your request, they should be willing to refer you to another limousine company and refund the full price of your deposit.
