If plans change, there is typically a phone number that you can call to relay a message to the driver and inform them of any issues that may have arisen. Also remember that it is the chauffeur's job to open and close the doors for you when you are traveling in the limo, so don't be in such a hurry that you do not allow the chauffeur to do their job.
