What Should You Do If You Have A Bad Limo Experience?

Limo rental companies are part of the service industry and depend on giving their customers excellent service to ensure that the customers will continue to use their service and, hopefully, tell others about their wonderful experience to bring in new customers.  Everything about a limousine reservation is geared to provide the individuals with a relaxing luxury transport where every detail is attended to.  But on rare occasions, an individual may have a bad experience with the limo company or driver.  So what recourse does the consumer have when they have a bad limo experience?  There are several options available to the consumer if their experience with the limousine rental is less than stellar.

If the individual is having a problem with the customer service representative taking the reservation or answering questions that they may have about the available features and pricing for the limos, then the individual should ask to speak with the manager or owner of the company. 

By alerting someone higher up to the issues that you have encountered, you may be able to ensure that the issues do not happen again.  This will also give you the ability to have the questions that you have answered by an individual that knows what they are talking about.  If you bring the issues to the attention of the manager or the owner of the limo rental company and they are disrespectful or ignore your concerns, you will be better off choosing another company to obtain your limo reservation from.  If the customer service representative, the manager, or the owner is not interested in providing good customer service, it is reasonable to assume that the rest of the experience will be just as bad.

If an individual is having an issue with the professionalism of the chauffeur responsible for transporting them, there are other steps that can be taken. 

Most limousine companies that are concerned about their customer service and retaining their customers give their customers a telephone number that they can call if they are having an issue with the chauffeur.  This telephone number is monitored at all hours of the day or night, so no matter what hour the issues occur there is someone available to handle the situation.  The first step that the limo company will take is to speak with the chauffeur to determine why the issue is occurring and to remind them that they are in the customer service business, meaning that their job is to keep the customer happy.  If the issue cannot be resolved through discussion, the limo company will send another chauffeur who will finish out the reservation period.
